In a recent radio interview, Olivia Munn shot down rumors that she was the cause of the rift between her ex-boyfriend Aaron Rodgers and his immediate family.
In fact, she claims the Green Bay Packers quarterback Rodgers was estranged from his family for eight months before they started dating and that she was the one who encouraged him to mend their relationship.
However, she hints that they were too invested in his career. "I do believe that family and fame and success can be really complicated if their dreams are connected to your success," Munn explained.
"I mean, Rodgers' father played football and he’s a sports chiropractor, and his brother--they’re all into sports... And Aaron is one of the best--if not the best--quarterback to ever play the game, so their work has a direct connection to what he does and that’s... at the end of the day there is a lot of complications."
Munn points out that meanwhile, her family members studied law and medicine. "Nobody wants to be famous....There is no connection with the dreams that they want to do in business to my career," she noted, perhaps taking a jab at Rodgers' brother Jordan who appeared on The Bachelorette.
Munn and Rodgers split last spring after three years of dating.
