Comedian Amy Schumer and model-actress Emily Ratajkowski were among more than 300 people arrested yesterday during a protest over Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
Hundreds of people turned up at the US Senate building in the nation's capital to challenge Kavanaugh's nomination after three women accused him of various forms of sexual misconduct.
The video shows the two actresses being asked if they want to be arrested. They both said ‘yes’.
Schumer told a CNN producer that she was arrested. Ratajkowski said on social media that she was arrested.
A guy on Twitter called Emily out over her claims of being arrested. He claims she was politely asked if she wanted to be arrested and made the choice to be detained.
