The producers of the popular YouTube channel Yes Theory have revealed that the person in the image is actually Bieber lookalike Brad Sousa, whom they discovered on Instagram.
They orchestrated the image featuring Sousa and sent it to various media outlets as a way to mock the shortcomings of America's media culture.
In other words, it's likely that the real Bieber does indeed know how to eat a burrito like a normal human being.
