Demi Lovato has fired back at a fan who described the singer’s team as “rotten” in the wake of her near-fatal overdose.
Page Six reports that an Instagram account dedicated to the singer shared a tweet addressing Lovato’s inner circle on Thursday that read, “It was completely unfair to fire [dancer Dani Vitale], she’s one of the few who really cares about Demi’s health and has been helping her for three years, she’s surrounded by people who care only about her money and she does not see it.”
Lovato was quick to respond, writing, “You have no idea what you’re talking about,” and also wrote, “True friends don’t do interviews about you when you OD.”
While many speculated that she was speaking negatively about Vitale, the star clarified, “I’m not talking about Dani Vitale.”
