Alfonso Ribeiro has dropped his lawsuit against the makers of Fortnite over their use of his iconic “Carlton Dance” from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the actor is dismissing the lawsuit he filed against Epic Games in federal court last year after recently being denied a trademark for the dance.
In his original lawsuit, Ribeiro claimed “unauthorized use” of his signature move in the game. He filed a similar lawsuit against the makers of the NBA2K basketball game franchise.
