The rumors were true! After teasing a reunion on social media for several days, the fellas of ’N Sync--minus Justin Timberlake--reunited during Ariana Grande’s headlining set at Coachella on Sunday, April 14.
Us Weekly reports that Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and JC Chasez joined Grande onstage to perform “It Makes Me Ill” and “Tearing Up My Heart," complete with choreography.
Ahead of the second song, Grande told the crowd, “I’ve been preparing my whole mother f**king life for this moment.” Chasez teased the appearance earlier on Sunday, tweeting, “Mic check, mic check one…two…is this thing on?!?”
Grande replied with a black heart emoji and the note, “…sure is.”
Other cameos during Grande's set included Nicki Minaj, Diddy, and Mase.
