Rami Malek Confirmed To Play Villain In Next James Bond Movie

The next James Bond flick just got a little Oscars cred, as it was confirmed Thursday that Best Actor winner Rami Malek has been cast as the film's villain.

“I will be making sure Mr. Bond doesn’t have an easy ride in this,” the 37-year-oldBohemian Rhapsody star said in a recorded message that was played during a live-streamed announcement about the movie--which doesn't yet have an official title and is still going by "Bond 25."

The Bond 25 cast will also feature a slew of returning 007 characters, including Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, Lea Seydoux as Madeleine, Ben Whishaw as Q, and Jeffrey Wright as Felix.

Daniel Craig, of course, will also return as Bond--James Bond. A release date has yet to be revealed.
