Kylie Jenner is debuting a new skincare line this month, but one of her scrubs is definitely rubbing fans the wrong way.
The New York Post reports that the 21-year-old beauty mogul's new products include a facial scrub made with walnut shells--an ingredient that's known to be too harsh on skin.
"Why buy the walnut scrub when you could go scrape your face against tree bark for the same effect," one critic tweeted in response, while another wrote, "Kinda shocked Kylie’s scrub is a walnut scrub. That sounds so 2013, right? Lmao I don’t mean it in a bad way but aren’t those types of scrubs too abrasive for the skin? Don’t they cause like tiny scratches?"
Meanwhile, Manhattan dermatologist Michelle Henry says, "Those shells can really tear at the skin...It could cause a lot of damage."
