DJ Khaled To Sue Billboard Chart After His Album Doesn't Reach Number One

DJ Khaled is reportedly going to sue the Billboard Chart after his new album “Father Of Asahd” failed to reach number one.The album lost out to Tyler, the Creator’s new album, “IGOR” by 30,000 sales.

Khaled is planning to sue because Billboard disqualified 100,000 album sales because they were part of a bundle with an energy drink. Allegedly, Billboard agreed to include the sales, but backtracked.

When Khaled found out the album was going to come in second he reportedly stormed into the Epic record label office with his entourage and threw a temper tantrum.

Billboard hasn’t commented on the situation.
