During her headlining performance on Amazon’s all-female Prime Day Concert on Wednesday, Swift made sure to emphasize that hit single's lyrics about "the liars and the dirty, dirty cheats of the world."
Fans immediately noted that her callout was likely in reference to Scott Borchetta selling the label to Scooter Braun earlier this month. One Swiftie tweeted in response, "Sex is cool and all, but have you ever watched Taylor Swift shade Scooter and Scott during a female-led concert after reminding everyone she writes all her own songs?"
Another fan tweeted at Braun, "Pretty sure she's talking to you."
