TMZ points out how momentous this is, because non-royals aren't "supposed to make contact with a royal without being engaged first," according to "high society, unspoken nobility rules."
Markle, who was at the premiere with Prince Harry, looked radiant in a long black dress with a sheer top and simple black heels, while Bey shone in a golden yellow dress.
