The woman who inspired Jennifer Lopez's character in Hustlers wants the studio to pay for telling her story.
TMZ reports that Samantha Barbash's legal team just sent a letter to STX Entertainment, the studio behind the film, demanding it pay up for its use of Barbash's likeness, personality, biography, and identity in the promotion of the film.
Specifically, Barbash’s lawyer Bruno Gioffre reminds the studio that his client "unequivocally rejected all offers to be included in the film” and wants STX to resolve "the flagrant violation of her rights."
