Mariah Carey wishes ex-husband Nick Cannon would quit playing about getting back together.
After the Masked Singer host confirmed on Friday's Ellen that he'd be down for remarrying Mariah, she told TMZ this past weekend, "Remarry? This is him making this up. This is him being silly."
She also declared that she's confident in her future romantic prospects. "What is he, my last hope?" she asked jokingly. Cannon had told Ellen guest host tWitch last week, "I already been there. I know what that's like. I would go back home first before I would do it again."
However, he added, "We have an amazing co-parenting relationship, our kids are so happy. It's calm waters. Let's just keep it calm." T
he 39-year-old Cannon and the 49-year-old Carey were married from 2008-2016 and share 8-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
