It looks like Miley Cyrus might be starting up a band with her new boyfriend, Cody Simpson, according to TMZ. Cyrus' company recently filed official legal documents seeking federal ownership of the phrase "Bandit and Bardot."
There's also a new Instagram profile with the same name--and the only two people the new profile follows are Cyrus and Simpson. While the pair have been friends for years, they only just started dating in or around October of this year.
Cyrus is currently recovering from vocal cord surgery, so if they are starting a band, the public will have to wait a while to hear their music.
