For her third Instagram Live episode of BRIGHT MINDED: Live With Miley, Miley Cyrus talked to Lauren and Cameron from Love is Blind.
Cyrus has admitted to binge-watching the show, which was a dating experiment about people confined to an individual pod and talking to a possible mate without seeing them. Lauren and Cameron, who are now married, talked about how they're coping with the pandemic, but they also offered advice about how to date or keep relationships alive during isolation.
"People can still pick up the phone and call people," Lauren suggested. "Having a conversation is the best foreplay."
For those who are in new relationships who are practicing social distancing, Lauren advises, "just talk about the things that are most important to you. The stuff you like, the stuff you dislike, what phobias you have. Then you can talk for hours after that. Fall down the rabbit hole!"
For those couples who have been together for a while who are now stuck together all day, Lauren says, "You are getting a chance to really connect more and grow together. If you need time apart, go in a different room and close the door."
Cyrus' guest on Thursday will be designer Jeremy Scott. Cyrus' show appears on her Instagram profile every day this week at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
