Zayn Malik's newest tattoo has raised speculation about whether he plans to marry his pregnant girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, according to Entertainment Tonight.
The forearm tattoo is a passage from On Marriage, a poem by Khalil Gibran. "Stand together yet not too near together; For the pillars of the temple stand apart and the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow," says the tattoo.
The tattoo was shared in an Instagram photo from George Khalife, aka George the Jeweler. The photo also showcases the matching evil eye bracelets he made for Hadid and Malik.
"I'm looking forward to designing something special for their little girl," said Khalife. "I'm so excited for the whole family and this blessing."
The couple is expecting their first baby, a girl, in September.
